Our Olive Groves at the foot of Mount Olympus and Kissavos

ThessalicaGold olive groves are located at the foot of Kissavos and Olympus, in one of the most blessed areas of Thessaly. The soil morphology, dry climate and low humidity create the ideal conditions for the cultivation of high quality olives, which yield fruit rich in aromas, low acidity and excellent taste.

Our region is no coincidence: here nature combines clean air, fertile but not excessively wet soil, and natural climatic conditions that protect the olives from diseases and pests. This allows us to cultivate olive trees without pesticides and chemicals, following a philosophy of natural, traditional and sustainable agriculture.

Our olive groves are cared for with respect for the environment and traditions. Each tree is cultivated with care and love, in order to produce the best possible fruit. The olives are harvested at the right time, when they have reached the ideal stage of ripeness, ensuring a rich aroma and intense flavor.
